So… what’s the BIG deal?
Our team has been hard at work over the past several months improving the interface of the Portal and Mobile App to provide a better user experience. In addition to the new look and feel, we’ve improved the functionality of several processes, making the TruckIT platform a much more intuitive tool to navigate. In a nutshell, here’s the big deal:
- TruckIT Mobile – mobile app for everyone in the hauling supply chain, including DOT inspectors
- TruckIT Portal – refreshed look and feel with simplified workflows and enhanced features
Why are we doing this?
Keeping the voice of the customer top-of-mind throughout every product development, we’ve identified several opportunities for improvement on both the Portal and Mobile App platforms during our ongoing customer conversations. Here’s a few key features to look forward to:
- AirTicketTM – TruckIT’s integrated scalehouse E-Ticketing solution
- Advanced digital ticketing system compatible with DOT requirements
- Simplified dispatch with drag-and-drop capabilities for easy truck assignment
- Centralized project reporting with key performance indicators
When will these features be available?
We mean it when we say, “COMING SOON.” In the meantime, be on the lookout for email, text, and in-portal updates. The TruckIT Team promises a strong communication line throughout this process.

These enhancements were made for every stakeholder participating in the heavy material supply chain of custody process. We welcome feedback as you start to use the new system. Our main objective is to make your daily lives better as we improve and expand upon the TruckIT product line.
